What does Veeza actually do?
Veeza is your AI-powered visa assistant. Tell us about your trip, and we handle the paperwork: filling out government forms, finding available appointments, and booking on your behalf. It's like having a knowledgeable friend who knows exactly how the process works.
Which countries do you support?
Veeza supports Schengen tourist visa applications to Sweden, France, and the Netherlands. Sweden is full service (we fill the forms and book your appointment at VFS Global Cairo). France and the Netherlands are paperwork service (we fill the forms and prepare your documents, you book the appointment). More Schengen destinations are on the way. For destinations not yet on our self-serve list, our concierge service handles applications end-to-end (United Kingdom available today).
Is my passport data safe?
Absolutely. Your passport data is protected with the same encryption banks use. Privacy isn't a feature for us, it's a founding principle. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we never store your portal login credentials.
Who fills out my application?
Your personal Veeza assistant does. One application at a time, just for you. You chat naturally about your trip, upload your passport, and we fill out the official government forms on your behalf. Every field is verified before submission. Unlike mass-booking tools, Veeza works exclusively on your application with your information.
What's included in the fee?
The service fee covers form filling, appointment booking, status updates, and document verification. Everything from start to finish. For Sweden, the official visa centre fee per person is added at checkout, and you see the exact amount before you pay.
How long does it take?
The form filling takes minutes. Appointment availability depends on the embassy. Your assistant keeps looking and books the earliest available one. For Sweden, most users get an appointment within a few days.
What if no appointments are available?
We keep looking on your behalf so you don't have to sit at a computer refreshing the page. When an appointment becomes available, we book it for you and notify you on WhatsApp.
What if something goes wrong?

Does Veeza guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. Visa decisions are made by the consulate or embassy of the destination country, not by Veeza. We help you submit an accurate, complete, and on-time application, which is what consulates look for. We do not offer legal visa advice.
Can I apply as a family or group?
Yes. Groups of up to 5 applicants are supported on the web for all destinations. WhatsApp intake currently supports single applicants; tap 'With family' on WhatsApp to switch to the web flow.
What if my visa is rejected? Do I get my money back?
The visa decision is made by the embassy, and no honest service can promise approval. What we promise: an accurately filled application, a complete file, and a human expert reviewing everything before submission. If we fail to deliver our service because of a problem on our side, we make it right, up to a full refund. Government and visa centre fees follow the centre's own policy. How do I pay?
With your Egyptian bank card through a licensed local payment provider. You see the full breakdown, service fee and government fees, before paying, and you get a receipt. We never ask for cash or transfers to personal wallets.
Do you take my passport?
No. You never hand your passport to us. You upload a photo, your documents stay in your account, and your passport only goes to the official visa centre on your appointment day.
