About Veeza AI

Veeza AI is built by Egyptians, for Egyptians. We are part of The Artificial Intelligence Company of Cairo, an applied AI lab based in New Cairo. Our founder, Aly Moursy, started Veeza after watching family members lose hours and weeks to the Schengen visa process: filling the same forms over and over, refreshing portal calendars for an appointment, and paying premium prices for something that should be simple.

Veeza is an AI assistant that handles the work of applying for a Schengen tourist visa from Egypt. You tell us where you are going. We do everything else.

Italy, Germany, Spain, and Greece are on the roadmap. For destinations we do not yet automate, our human concierge service handles applications end-to-end (United Kingdom available today).

Veeza is not a bot. We are a good-faith agent automation. Our AI agents operate a web browser the way a human would, one application at a time, on the same official government portals you would use yourself. We are not racing other applicants for slots and we are not running mass batches. We just take the laborious work, the repetitive form filling, the document checking, the appointment hunting, and make it less laborious for you. Every field is verified before submission. Every document is reviewed. You see the form preview before anything is submitted.

• Honesty about what AI can and cannot do. Our AI is excellent at form filling, document review, and finding open appointment slots. It is not a substitute for legal visa advice and we do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by consulates, not by us.
• Privacy by default. Your passport data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not store portal login credentials. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside your application.
• Transparent pricing. Service fees in EGP are shown before you pay. There are no hidden charges. Government and centre fees, where applicable, are listed separately.
