Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Veeza AI helps Egyptian nationals prepare and submit Schengen tourist visa applications. The Service provides:

• Collecting your visa application information through a guided chat experience
• Preparing and submitting your visa application forms on the relevant visa application portals on your behalf
• Generating official visa application documents, including the Schengen application form
• Booking appointments at visa application centres
• Uploading, reviewing, and preparing your supporting documents (cover letters, travel itineraries)

Veeza AI acts as your authorized representative to submit visa applications and book appointments on your behalf. We use a combination of technology and human review to process your application. The Service is a technology platform and does not provide legal, immigration, or travel advisory services.

2. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian manage the account on your behalf for minor applicants)
• Hold a valid Egyptian passport or be eligible to apply for a Schengen visa from Egypt
• Provide truthful and accurate personal information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Egyptian law

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with Veeza AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (name, email, password)
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you

4. Payment Terms

The Service charges fees for visa application processing. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• Service Fee: A non-refundable service fee of 1,500 EGP is charged per application group for visa application processing
• Centre Fees: Additional per-person fees may apply depending on the destination (e.g., 910 EGP per person for certain destinations). These fees are disclosed before payment
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Veeza AI does not store your full credit or debit card details
• Non-Refundable: Service fees are non-refundable once payment is completed, regardless of the outcome of your visa application. This includes visa rejection, service interruptions, or any other factor outside our control
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Existing paid applications will not be affected by price changes

Visa centre fees are separate from our service fee and are collected on behalf of the respective visa application centre.

5. Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Veeza AI does NOT guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate and are outside our control
• The Service may experience temporary interruptions due to technical issues or changes on visa application portals. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to retry or notify you
• Appointment availability depends on capacity at visa application centres. We cannot guarantee appointment slots at specific dates or locations
• Visa application portals may change their requirements at any time without notice, which may temporarily affect our Service
• Processing times may vary depending on demand and the availability of visa application portals

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information for your visa application. False information may result in visa rejection and potential legal consequences
• Uploading valid, legible documents (passport, photos, bank statements, etc.) that meet embassy requirements
• Reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all information before submission
• Attending your visa appointment on time with all required original documents
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations of Egypt and the destination country
• Not using the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Veeza AI and is protected under Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Veeza AI shall NOT be liable for:

• Visa application rejection or delays by any embassy, consulate, or visa processing centre
• Downtime, errors, or changes on visa application portals that prevent or delay form submission or appointment booking
• Loss of appointment slots due to high demand or system errors on visa application portals
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
• Actions taken by third-party services that are outside our control

In no event shall Veeza AI's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law
• You provide false or fraudulent information for a visa application
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk or may harm other users or the platform

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@artificialintelligencecc.com. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of previously paid service fees. Upon termination, we will retain your data only as required by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from written notification of the dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
