Veeza AI is a service that assists with visa application form filling and appointment booking. Because of the nature of this service, our refund policy differs from a typical product return policy. Please read the following carefully.
1. Service Fees Are Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
Our service fee covers the work of filling your visa application forms and booking your appointment. Once we begin processing your application — including form filling, document preparation, or appointment booking — the service fee is non-refundable, as the work has already been performed on your behalf.
2. Visa Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Veeza AI assists with the application process, but visa decisions are made entirely by the relevant embassy or consulate. We are not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or any decisions made by government authorities. A visa rejection does not entitle you to a refund of the service fee.
3. If We Fail to Deliver the Service
If Veeza AI is unable to complete the agreed service due to an error on our part — for example, a system failure that prevents us from submitting your application or booking your appointment — we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include reattempting the service or issuing a partial or full refund at our discretion.
4. Visa Centre Fees
Fees paid to visa application centres are separate from our service fee and are subject to the refund policies of those centres. We do not control or process refunds for centre fees.
5. All Other Refund Requests
Any refund request that does not fall under the categories above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are under no obligation to issue a refund, but we will consider each request fairly. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your payment.
